Marketing Manager

Dowden Custom Media, a full-service healthcare communications company, is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel promotional communications for the acquisition and retention of a growing list of healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience in marketing and promotional communications, including a proven record of close collaboration with sales associates. Core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the conception, development and coordination of all in-house promotional activity, including advertisements, direct mail and social media initiatives; off-site coordination of all tradeshow activities; oversight of ROI initiatives, including readership studies; and development and coordination of new-business proposals. Requirements: Candidate must be experienced, energetic and have great multi-tasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be organized. Position carries a high amount of front line responsibility with strong ability to self-start and execute without significant oversight. Ability to collaborate well with editors and designers and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must. The ideal candidate must have marketing experience (5+ years), preferably in a sales focused environment. Bachelor?s degree a must.
